Familyopolis’ Wednesday post is usually about healthy eating, and this Wednesday is no different. I was surfing the net about a year ago when I spotted what I’ll call, a complete guide to healthy eating. Everybody knows that healthy food and good health go together, like peas and carrots. But did you know that eating the right foods can help prevent and ease many health problems? Case in point, eating prunes is helpful if you’re constipated, oranges and orange juice, (loaded with Vitamin C) are useful if you have a cold and if you’re stressed out

Dark chocolate has been proven to help reduce stress. Research found that eating 1.5 ounces of dark chocolate a day for two weeks helped highly stressed volunteers really lower their stress levels. The magnesium content can also help treat depression, menstrual cramps and irritability.
