Need to Peel a Clove of Garlic Fast?

I woke up early this morning and decided to cook a pot of chili for the family. Checking to see if I had everything I needed, I noticed there was only one clove of garlic in the kitchen. I like a lot of garlic in my chili, one clove wouldn’t do. I didn’t feel like peeling any garlic cloves, so I told the wife I was going to the store and buy some of the packaged garlic. You know the kind, it has peeled garlic cloves. She gave me an amused glance and laughed. I knew immediately, what she was saying.

Why did I need to buy pre-peeled garlic, when the regular garlic is not that hard to peel; not to mention cheaper.

After seeing the look on her face, I decided to see if I could find an easy, quick way to peel some garlic. Wow, I found an incredible way to quickly peel a clove of garlic.
